The project is based on the simmer pot principle. A double wall filled with water ensures that the inside of the container is heated evenly and always remains below 100°C, protecting its contents from burning. What distinguishes it from a normal simmer pot, is primarily its material, shock- and heat-resistant borosilicate glass, and its modular design, which allows for easy cleaning. Through the glass, the content is always visible and its preparation is easy to control even beyond the temperature.
